REVOCATION OF STRIKING OFF

Companies and corporations registered in Quebec must file an annual update each year to remain active in the register. The regulations stipulate that if a company fails to file an update for two consecutive years, government authorities will proceed with the removal of the registrant. For Quebec companies, removal results in dissolution.
